Good book. Need more pictures. A little hard to read. Very long list of references that you have to flip through before you can get to the next section.

KINDLE ONLY. The text is fantastic. On Kindle for PC (Windows 8, running on my Windows 10 Surface Pro) you can not enlarge the images. . I was hoping to update my physical text, but it is worthless unless they do something to allow the images to be enlarges. Returned my digital copy :-(
The images in this were readable, but really need to be able to enlarge. Upgraded from 1 star. Great text book, but they need to work on the Kindle format. I understand on actual Kindles or iPads you can tap on images to enlarge them. Changing the text size does nothing to the images, no way to zoom.
Update the software and I'll buy the text again....
