deserve lower than a quarter star

the title suggested more than the contents was given.
Instead of visualizing on how a proper layout should be, it gives out a mundane explanation of 'HOW' we should plan. The author's self-delusion attempt in 'educating' readers was not well thought. The author expects readers would be able to decrypt his words by implying things like we should be looking for experts who would know how to advise us. Therefore, rendering this book to the point of uselessness.
What is the point of spending almost a USD100, doubling it for shipping as well and getting a manual on how we should be hiring experts to drive a forklift!

This is the only book on this subject I have found. It is a bit dated but still very relevant and useful to anyone planning to relocate or build a printing facility.
